• Made of stainless steel, the housing is fully closed. The surface of the rotary turret is covered with a hardened layer so that the turret surface is wear resistant. The machine conforms to GMP requirements.
• Adopt transparent windows, tableting state can be observed clearly. The windows can be opened, cleaning and maintenance is easy.
• ZPW23 Rotary Tablet Press is equipped with continuous and centralized lubrication system for the driving system, tracks and main frictional parts to be adequately lubricated, to reduce the noise and wearing for maintenance cost to be greatly reduced.
• The electric control part adopts the PLC(Programmable Logic Control), with the functions of setting up of the main compression and main compression override stop. This machine is provided with the function of auto diagnosis of defectives. Through the display, the defective position can be traced and located rapidly, to increase the efficiency of maintenance.
• The machine can stop automatically in case of overpressure.
• Speed adjustable, operation simple and reliable.
