Product Usage:
This product is our company's first high-tech equipment that has been successfully designed and developed by introducing foreign products and combining with GMP requirements. It has the characteristics of reasonable structure, uniform functions, convenient operation, accurate loading, stable operation and low noise. PLC programmable controller is used to program the whole machine. From liquid to high-viscosity fluid material (paste), filling and sealing to coding batch number (including production date) and other processes are fully automated. It is an ideal equipment for filling and sealing aluminum tubes, plastic tubes and composite tubes in cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, food, adhesives and other industries, and meets the requirements of GMP regulations.

1.PLC and touch screen operattion.
2.The transmission part is enclosed below the platform, which is safe, reliable and pollution-free;
3.The filling and sealing part is installed in the semi-closed static-free outer frame visible cover above the platform, which is easy to observe, easy to operate and easy to maintain;
4.oblique hanging and straight hanging pipe warehouse, optional;
5.The upper tube handrail automatically feeds the hose to the upper tube workstation;
6.Photoelectric benchmarking workstation, using high-precision probes, stepping motors and other control hose patterns at the correct position
