1. cashew grading machine
Cashews grow unevenly in size. In order to improve the integrity rate of shell opening, they are generally divided into 3-5 grades, and we can customize the grades according to your needs. The general level will be divided into four levels according to the width: below 21mm, 23-25mm and above 25mm. It consists of transmission structure, hierarchical structure, machine frame and other parts.
2. cashew steaming cooking machine
Cashew nut cooking machine is a device that cooks cashew nuts according to the characteristics of cashew nuts. Cashews are special because there is no gap between the shell and the kernel. 4. shell and nut separator machine
This machine is mainly used for the separation between the shells and nuts of cashew nuts, and is a supporting equipment for the shelling machine.
5. nut drying machine
The drying box is divided into high temperature zone, low temperature zone and cooling zone. The materials are successively subjected to high temperature, low temperature drying (baking), and three temperature zones, and the finished product is cool, which is convenient for reprocessing, packaging or storage. The multifunctional automatic drying box has the characteristics of high drying efficiency, low energy consumption and uniform heating.
6. nut peeling machine
This machine adopts the pneumatic principle to process the peeled nuts into nuts without any damage. After the nuts are dried, the equipment can be used for peeling, the peeling rate reaches more than 95%, and the nuts and peels are automatically separated.

8. nut baking machine

The advantages are simple operation, compact structure and high efficiency, so it is more suitable for small and medium-sized food processing enterprises. Roller baking machine adopts rotary rolling cage and special high-quality infrared catalytic burner to realize flameless catalytic combustion of natural gas and liquefied petroleum gas. Roller baking machine is equipped with automatic temperature control device. In the process of baking, the object to be baked is continuously pushed by the propulsion device in the cylinder to form an uninterrupted cycle, which makes it heated evenly and effectively ensures the baking quality.
