This Model is special design for Filling Line, adopt liner type piston filling , working by PLC touch screen operation.it can fill all bottles in one filling machine, with fast speed and high precision. It save workers and increase production capacity. The pneumatic part adopts the pneumatic components of Taiwan's AirTac. The part contacting materials is made of 304 stainless steel,filling volume is adjustable, Filling head adopts anti-leakage and with lift filling device.

This machine is used for filling water ,vinegar ,soy sauce, syrup, honey, juice, wine, soft drinks, vegetable oil, olive oil, essential oil etc,it can also fill perfume,shampoo,bath gel,liquid detergent. Suitable for cosmetic,medicine,daily life products, food and beverage industries.
Features:
1. Adopts liner type piston filling, high precision,easy to clean and operate.
2. PLC control system, color touch screen display.
3. This machine has function of detecting no bottle no filling.
4. The filling nozzle was equipped with Anti-drip device.
5. When filling liquid, the filling nozzle dive into the bottom of bottle, rising slowly, it can effectively prevent bubbles.
6. Machine body and the parts contacting liquid are made of stainless steel 304, in line with GMP standard requirement.
