Equipment Description:
The machine is made up of the foundation, motor, gearbox, high pressure pump and
homogenizing component etc..
Main applications:
(1) cell disruption, process new products, or harvesting the intracellular products;
(2) subdividing the particles or droplets present in fluids into very smallest sizes ( submicron ) and creating a stable dispersions and emulsions;
(3) homogenizing many other products;

Working Principle:
when product is flowing through the adjustable valve ,the particles or droplets present in mixed
fluids with high pressure will be subdivided into the very smallest sizes (diameter Φ=0.1~0.2 um,
average Φ ≤1um ) because of pressure decrease, expansion, explosion, cutting and high-speed
impacting etc., then the emulsions or dispersions could be produced. This process refer to the
following Fig.

How to buy
1. Minimum trial amount: the smaller the better, which can save materials. The raw materials of some medicines reach several thousand yuan/g. Of course, users hope that a homogenization experiment can be completed with the least amount of materials. 2. Homogeneous pressure: It is not that the higher the pressure, the better. For general materials, first of all: in a sense, the higher the pressure, the smaller the particle size of the material can be processed; secondly, the higher the pressure, the more types of materials that can be processed, for example, some liquids Emulsions only need to be homogenized to below 100 nm at 15,000 psi, while some medicines, foods, especially suspensions with a certain amount of solid particles in liquids, require at least 26,000 psi to achieve nano-scale. However, it is not excluded that some materials coagulate under high pressure.
3. Processing effect: of course, the user wants to make the material, one is that it can reach the level of nanometers, and the other is that the distribution of nanometers is very uniform, not some particles are already dozens of nanometers, and some are still micron scale.
In order to solve this problem, it is recommended that when purchasing a homogenizer, the user should ask the manufacturer to equip it with a nano-scale filter extruder device, preferably an online extruder, which is very troublesome to extrude offline.
