High alumina refractory brick is an aluminum silicate material which content of more than 48% alumina. It is formed and calcined from alumina or other raw materials with high alumina content. The advantage of this material are high thermal stability, refractoriness above 1770℃,good slag resistance.
Production process:

A neutral refractory with an alumina content of more than 48%.Made of bauxite or other raw materials of high alumina content after molding and calcining.High thermal stability, refractoriness in 1770℃ above.Good slag resistance, used for lining steelmaking electric furnace, glass furnace, cement converter, etc.
High charge soft, SK36 High Alumina Brick Based Andalusite-Mullite is a high grade refractory material made of super grade bauxite, fused corundum and fused mullite.
Feature
1. SK36 High Alumina Brick Based Andalusite-Mullite have better thermal conductivity than clay bricks.
2. Because Al2O3 in high aluminum products is high and has less miscellaneous mass, softening temperature under load is higher than clay bricks.
3. The thermal shock resistance of SK36 High Alumina Brick Based Andalusite-Mullite is between clay and silica products.
