Features
1. Material: the aluminum support frame we use is 6063 t5 national standard which is cold and high temperature resistant, 3-5mm thickness
The PC board(Polycarbonate) we use is heat insulation imported from Bayer, Germany. 5mm wall thickness which is strong enough to avoid violent impacts, explosion-proof, soundproof, fireproof, bad weather resistant and anti-theft.
2. Surface treatment: metal powder coating which is extreme weather resistant, will not fade color for about 20-30 years; PVDF is available, too.
Other suppliers use normal powder coating which is not weather resistant, and the powder is easy to peel off in short time.
3. High technical support in details: soft close sliding door can be easily pull by only 1 finger, perfect curved arc, 10cm thick base frame and upper base frame, LED atmosphere lamp inside the aluminum frame, dimming glass that to protect people’s privacy but can enjoy the night view at the same time, etc
4. Use top quality hardware and fittings, for example, imported bolt and fasteners to make the house much more stable fixed on the floor, import rubber strips on the revolving door which is widely use in BMW, Benz, Ferrari, etc
5. Easy to assembly and disassembly, easy to transport: the dome house is semi-assembled and packaged in wooden case with marks, for skilled workers, the assembly can be finished in 2.5 hours. We also provide online assembly guide.
