This makes casting an incredibly easy manufacturing procedure. However, success in a foundry using the heat of molten metal requires careful consideration of numerous elements. Metal components of any size, from a few ounces to several tons, can be made by casting. Castings with intricate exterior details, inner cores, and various shapes can be produced using sand molds. You can sand cast almost any metal alloy. Melted metal is poured into hollows created in moistened sand, which are then allowed to cool.

The products will be sent to you on time and we will arrange everything from the initial consultation to the delivery of your chosen port anywhere the world. 6. We Have (TEF10N) coating on the mould surface, it can reduce the friction, anti water/static electricity/acid-base/high-temperature, with this we can ensure the pattern has smooth surface without distrotion, and easy to demould;
7. All the screws we using stainless steel screw, easy to disassemble during maintenance;
8. For the big mould chest, we using 18-20mm thick wrought aluminium plate, to offer high strenght cavity 
9. For the complex mould which is difficult to demould, we can manufacture the automaitc mould with take out device ;
10. We produce the pattern sample to customer after finish the mould, when the pattern was qualified, then we do exceptance job for the mould ;
11. We have the Hexagon coordinate measuring instrument imported from the Switzerland to have a test make sure our mould qualified.

Yes, we are able to make the drawing of your sample duplicate the sample.

3.When can I get the sample and your main order time?

Sample time: 15-30 days after start to make mold.

Order time: 35-40 days, the accurate time depends on product.

4.What is your payment method?

Tooling: 50% T/T in advance, after sample approved pay balanced.

Order time: 30% deposit, 70% against copy of B/L.

5.Which kind of file format you can read?

PDF, IGS, DWG, STEP, JPG, PNG, MAX

6.What is your surface treatment?

Including: powder coating, sand blasting, painting, polishing, acid pickling, anodizing, enamel, zinc plating, hot-dip galvanizing, electrophoresis, chrome plating.
