Introduction of Hepa Fan Filter Unit
Fan Filter Unit (FFU) provides the micro-filtered airstream that controls particulate contamination in a cleanroom or laminar flow clean bench.
Our comprehensive line includes models based on High-Efficiency Particulate Air (HEPA) filters, rated 99.99% efficient @ 0.3 μm particles, and Ultra Low Penetration Air (ULPA) filters,
rated 99.999% efficient @ 0.12 μm particles. Select the lights and other ceiling grid accessories to complete your system.
This reliable, self-powered Fan Filter Unit provides a uniform flow of microfiltered air to meet cleanliness standards down to Class 10 (ISO 4).
Feature of Hepa Fan Filter Unit
1.Light, thin shape--Without filter net, thickness of shape is 23cm, 25KG weight, application in low ceiling are also available.
2.Flexible, diversified design--Except for standard items, custom made FFU is available, such changings as filter nets, the materials of shell and etc...
3.Concerning, convenient design---Pedals are designed in the body, which makes it convenient to install and repair.
4.Safe and operation friendly
FFU is able to support high-intensity box and ensures the safety of staff for installation and maintenance.
Remote monitoring and adjustment are available and it is easy to operate.
5.Multi-level protective devices
FFU is equipped with over-current relay, motor protective device, fault indicator and fault signal circuit.
Thermal protector, fuse and motor breaker and such can be applied upon request.
