The end cap of the filter element mainly plays the role of sealing the two ends of the filter element and supporting the filter element. The filter element is pressed into various shapes according to the needs of the steel plate. The filter element is installed on the vehicle and the engine. During the mechanical operation, it will produce vibration, the end cap can effectively improve the bearing capacity of the filter material. One side of the end cap is pressed into a groove which can be used to place the end of the filter material and the adhesive. The other side is bonded with a rubber seal, the utility model has the function of sealing filter material and sealing filter element channel, and the end cover material is made of steel plate, plastic and foaming polyurethane, in which the foaming polyurethane can be heated with the filter material directly by the die, thus saving adhesive and sealing glue.

The filter end cover already has a protective film, which can achieve a good end cover protection function. Especially during transportation, the caps should be packed one by one to prevent the caps from being scratched. The end caps are packaged and bundled with a braid. Put the packaged end caps into plastic bags, and finally pack them in high-quality wooden boxes, which are fast and easy to load and unload with forklifts.
