A dual-source heat pump is a highly efficient and cost-effective alternative for heating and cooling. Our industrial dual-source heat pump units deliver hot water at temperatures up to 90°C, making them the preferred choice for replacing electric heaters to save energy. They are ideally suited for automotive production lines, where they can replace traditional electric heaters or boilers, thereby reducing electricity costs.
These high-temperature heat pumps are suitable for specialized industries (such as food processing, electric forging, spray coating, packaging and printing, chemical manufacturing, and slaughtering) that require hot water at temperatures exceeding 55°C.
Features
1. Designed with on-site engineers in mind for quick and easy installation. Thanks to the modular design, the unit is ready to operate—delivering hot water up to 90°C—simply by connecting water and power upon arrival at the project site.
2. Modular design with automatic load regulation ensures high efficiency during partial-load operation.
3. Hot water heat pump units are customized for specific industries and projects, with integrated industrial chiller solutions tailored to individual client needs.
4. Features microcomputer control and high-level integration via a centralized management system. Optional remote management software allows for system monitoring and feedback transmission, enabling remote control capabilities.
5. Designed with seven layers of safety protection to ensure reliable operation. Available in single-circuit and dual-circuit configurations to meet diverse customer requirements. In dual-compressor systems, the unit continues to operate even if one compressor fails, minimizing the risk of losses due to system downtime. Every unit undergoes 100% testing via a safety inspection system before leaving the factory to ensure performance meets national standards.

Ultra-high-temperature heat pump units supply 88°C hot water to automotive production lines, replacing electric heaters and saving energy.

High-temperature hot water generation achieves an Energy Efficiency Ratio (EER) of up to 2.0, providing a reliable hot water supply year-round.
3) Food and Beverage Processing Industry:
Food and beverage processing requires high-temperature sterilization. These heat pumps provide ultra-high-temperature hot water capable of effectively eliminating large quantities of bacteria.
