TSE3975 is a one-component, high-viscosity flowable silicone adhesive/sealant from Momentive Performance Materials. It cures at room temperature upon exposure to atmospheric moisture to form flexible silicone rubber. The product offers primerless adhesion to metals (copper, steel, aluminum), glass, ceramics, and plastics (e.g., epoxy, polycarbonate), meeting MIL-A-46146B corrosion standards. It releases low-odor alcohol vapor during curing, aligning with industrial environmental requirements.
Electrical Insulation: Volume resistivity of 2.0×10¹⁵ Ω·cm (typ.) and dielectric strength 23 kV/mm make it ideal for electronic potting and circuit protection.
Process Adaptability: High-viscosity flowable paste suits vertical application without dripping or contamination.
Primerless Bonding: Achieves 100% cohesive failure on substrates like copper, stainless steel, and glass. Requires primers (e.g., YP9341) only for challenging materials like PP/PE.
Electronic Sealing: Waterproof potting and conformal coating for hybrid ICs and PCBs.
Industrial Bonding: Structural adhesion for metal housings, glass windows, and engineering plastics (e.g., PBT, Nylon 66).
Automotive Electronics: Verified via third-party channels (Source: Digi-Key), TSE3975-B (black) is used in automotive sensor sealing, withstanding -50°C to +200°C thermal cycling.
