Regarded as aluminum composite panels, these are composite materials composed of two aluminum cover sheets and a non-aluminum core. The inherent properties of these panels, such as high rigidity, low weight, and resistance to weather, have rendered them a popular choice in sectors like architecture and signage. They can be manipulated into various forms and sizes, thereby enabling a high degree of design flexibility. In addition, aluminum plastic panels exhibit good thermal insulation and soundproofing qualities, hence their use in insulating building envelopes and noise barrier walls.

Product processing performance

The aluminium composite panels, a product of our company, can be effortlessly manipulated and sculpted with general woodworking and metalworking tools. These include tasks like cutting, sawing, milling, punching, pressing, folding, and bending. Such adaptability ensures precision while crafting various shapes mandated by architectural decoration design, particularly forms such as arcs, counter-arcs, small-radius corners, and both internal and external corners. Indeed, no other decoration materials can match this degree of versatility.

1. Cutting: Cutting tool, electric saw, hand saw, ring saw, etc.
2. Slot Milling: After processing with an electric and portable slot milling machine, the product can be manually bent into various kinds of polyhedrons.
3. Corner Removing: After processing with a puncher and corner removing machine, it can be combined in a trunk.
4. Welding: The product can be welded with plastic welding rods and hot wind welders.
5. Corner Bending: After processing with a slot milling machine, the product can be bent into various corners.
6. Bending: The product can be bent using 3-point or 3-rolling machines.
7. Printing: The product can be printed with screen printing plates.
8. Assembling: Rivet, nail, self-tapping screw, etc.
9. Punching: The product can be punched with an open puncher.

Product Features

1. Low Mass, High Strength: Possesses an outstanding ratio of strength to weight. For an equivalent rigidity (E.j), the weight per unit volume of aluminum composite panels is approximately 60% of aluminum panels and a mere 30% of steel panels.

3. Resistant to Weathering: Shows remarkable stability in color and gloss under extensive outdoor usage, with no detachment of coating, and a typical lifespan exceeding twenty years.
4.Anti-Corrosive: The surface coating has impressive adhesion and resists corrosion from acids (10%H2S04), bases (10%NaOH), and saline mist; the resilience of the PVDF fluorocarbon resin coating is especially noteworthy.
5.Withstanding Wind Pressure: Its performance reaches national category A, fulfilling the wind pressure requirements for high-rise external wall decoration.
6.Fire Resistance: The core layer is made of harmless polyethylene, flanked by two non-flammable aluminum thin sheets.
