The Telemecanique XCKMR54D1 (Schneider Electric OsiSense XC Special series) is a heavy-duty rotary-head limit switch designed for hoisting, crane travel limits, and mechanical handling applications. It features a fixed metal (Zamak) body with a stay-put crossed rods lever (6 mm square rod, 200 mm length) providing lateral approach from two directions. The contact arrangement is 2 × (2 NC) — slow-break, staggered (break-before-make) with positive opening (forced-guided contacts) per EN/IEC 60947-5-1 Appendix A for safety circuits. Three Pg 13.5 threaded cable entries accommodate cable glands (Ø 9–12 mm). Rated Ith = 10 A, AC-15: 240 V / 3 A, DC-13: 125 V / 0.55 A.
