This 4inch metal stainless steel cutting wheel set is specially formulated for fast cutting in metals and stainless steel. super thin design for fast burr-free cutting with minimal material loss, making your cutting project more precise and efficient.
Metal Cutting Discs are manufactured using with tough aluminum oxide, heat-treated aluminum oxide , monocrystalline fused alumina (SA) or silicon carbide abrasive grain and fibreglass reinforcing and resin bonded to provide both safety and optimum cutting performance. Thin Discs with a 1.2mm thickness permit fine cutting where necessary on stainless steel and high grade metals,extremely fast cutting with sharpness ,minimal vibration for more comfortable working,
They must never be used for grinding and must always be presented to the workpiece at an angle of 90º.
For use with a variety of machines, mini-grinders to stationary cutting-off machines.
Applications
They are commonly used in building, shipbuilding, metal, foundry, engineering, chemical and other industries as well as in smaller workshops like sheet metal, fabrication and car body work.They can be used on portable electrically or pneumatically driven portable horizontal/vertical spindle grinders.
