GE IS200WETBH1B and IS200WETBH1BAA are the main turbine protection boards in the Mark VI control system, designed to protect gas and steam turbines. These protection boards play a key role in the safety and reliability of the turbine, providing real-time monitoring and automated protection functions to prevent potential equipment failures.
The IS200WETBH1B is a component created by GE for use within the Mark VI system. The Mark VI is part of the Speedtronic series, which is a gas/steam turbine management series developed by General Electric between the 1960s and the 1990s that focused on improving the running efficiency of their related turbine systems through the use of reliable management. The MKVI is built with both general purpose I/Os as well as application specific I/Os. These control and monitor for issues like flame detection, vibration, shaft voltage build-up, and proper synchronization.
The IS200WETBH1B is mainly responsible for distributing the input power to various control modules and devices, ensuring that they operate under safe voltage and current conditions. Its design takes into account the flexibility of power management and can adapt to a variety of application scenarios to meet the needs of different equipment. Female jacks range from four positions to twelve positions. The interior board also has three vertical male connectors; P1 is a 10-pin connector, P2 is a 6-pin header, and P3 is a 4-pin header.
