● Product Features:
Ø 4060F (HT-360) RTV condensation type silicone adhesive sealing is
a two-component, paste, black (gray) color, RTV silicone rubber.
Ø The room temperature fast curing, the release of ethanol
molecules, no corrosion to the materials.
Ø With the two-component glue machine use, mature supporting
Ø After curing with excellent flexibility, resistance to
alternating hot and cold resistant performance, aging resistance
and electrical insulation properties, excellent moisture,
earthquake resistance, corona resistance, anti leakage performance.
Ø This product does not need to use other primer, adhesive most
materials such as metal, plastic, ceramic and glass, adhesive PP,
PE needs to match a specific primer.
● Main Applications:
Ø The vehicle lamp shade for air tightness sealing adhesive,
waterproof, dustproof sealing instrument, automobile and ship's
windshield waterproof sealing.
● How to Use
Ø Before use, stir component A by hand or machine properly, keep
component B sealed in the bucket and shake the bucket adequately.
Ø Check whether it’s adhering to Applied Materials theoretically.
Ø Mix component A and B with the mix ratio A: B=10:1 by weight.
Beforehand simple tests are requested if you need to change the mix
Ø Vacuum defoaming is not necessary if the potting thickness is
below 5mm, but it is requested if the thickness is more than 5mm.
Ø Heating curing is unsuited, or pinholes and blisters will occur.
Ø Long-term exposure of component B in the air is unsuited.
A: 25kg/bucket, B: 18kg/bucket.
A: 230kg/bucket, B: 18kg/bucket.
Ø Keep it away from children.
Ø Use it in ventilated places
Ø In case of contact with skins, wipe and then flush with clear
Ø In case of contact with eyes, flush with clear water immediately
and go to hospital for checking.
Ø Store it in dry and shady places at the temperature of 8~28℃
Ø Storage life: 6 months since the date of manufacture.
