make processing technic and mold structure more reasonable in mold
design and manufacture, The company added various review in various
stages of mold design and manufacturing, at the same time, we also

Review on the mold structure and processing technic:
1. Mold preliminary review: According to customer requirements to
making the mold specification table, and determining the mold
parting line, the slider or lifter structure, mold insert type,
ejector type, cooling water method and plastic product issue by the
design director, project director and deputy general manager. The
design engineer makes the DFM report according to the mold
preliminary report, drawing 2D mold structure drawing or 3D
2. Review before cutting steel: When the custom confirms the mold
trial date, project engineer must arrange the mold Kick off meeting
immediately. After that, on the same date, design engineer must
complete the drawings needed to modify and book bulk raw materials
such as mold base and cavity insert. The meeting mainly review mold
